Job Description: PRN Caregiver

Location: Franklin, TN, 37064

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Caregiver to join our team. As a PRN Caregiver, you will perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. You will assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with feeding and hydration of residents
• Assist with mobility and transfers of residents
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to licensed nursing personnel
• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring residents
